Oblique transseptal 2-chamber view from RA to LA and posterolateral LV showing circumflex artery, LA appendage, and coronary sinus as well as posterior papillary muscle tips. This view is helpful in looking for LA thrombus and in guiding ablations in the LA or proximal pulmonary veins.

Another oblique short axis view at aortic valve level with reduced depth, focusing on the atrial septum. This view is especially helpful for color Doppler ASD assessment and to guide transseptal catheterization and ASD closure.
